In April alone, retail sales are valued at nearly VND12.3 trillion, around VND140 billion higher than that of last month.
Accordingly, the non-State sector accounted 92 percent of the value of retail goods and services, the state-owned sector, 5 percent, and the foreign-invested enterprises, 3 percent.
