(ĐN)- On April 12, Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Hoa Hiep of the provincial People’s Committee hosted a working session with Dong Nai Social Policy Bank on its activities in the first quarter of this year.
In the first three months of 2017, the bank provided preferential loans totaling over VND167 billion to more than 10,000 policy beneficiaries, poor and near-poor households, contributing to the implementation of sustainable poverty reduction programme, new rural construction programme, and socio-economic development.
Speaking at the session, Vice Chairwoman asked the bank to continue efforts to mobilize more capital and prevent overdue debts.
