The figure raised the total number of communes recognised as new-style rural areas to 9 out of 13 communes across the district.
Over the past 5 years, four communes mobilized some VND1,320 billion to develop agriculture, build new rural areas and improve farmers’ living standards. Currently, income per capita of individuals in these communities was more than VND35 million per year.
