Of the acreage, the systems are applied on over 11,000 hectares of coffee, pepper, cashew, cocoa; over 10,000 hectares of orchards and around 9,000 of annual trees.
The application of advanced water-saving irrigation systems on crops helps farmers save irrigation water and increase in crop productivity.
