(ĐN) – On December 9, a Chinese delegation led by Mr Miao Rui Lin, Mayor of Nanjing city in Jiangsu province, paid a working visit to Dong Nai to study investment environment in the province.
Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh of the provincial People’s Committee briefed his guests about local socio-economic development and potential, noting that Dong Nai has achieved annual average economic growth of 12 percent over the past ten years, higher than the average rate of the whole country. So far, the province attracted some 80 Chinese projects with a total investment capital of nearly US$1 billion.
Mr Miao Rui Lin spoke highly of the local authorities’ policies to attract investment, especially in high-tech, energy-saving and environmentally-friendly projects. He stressed that more and more Chinese investors have come to Dong Nai the visit aimed to learn more information and investment policies to support Chinese enterprises in investment activities in Dong Nai.
