PetroVietnam has proposed adding the Nhon Trach 3 and Nhon Trach 4 power plant projects to the master plan on national power development.
Both cover 17 ha in Dong Nai province and will have a capacity of around 800 MW. However, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has asked the two projects to adhere to legal regulations on water resources.
