Particularly, the interdisciplinary teams inspected 99 local manufacturers and 86 slaughters and found that 160 of them were violating food safety regulations.
The violators paid more thanVND250 million as fines for violating food processing and storage rules and for not having legal documents for conducting their operations. The authorities also destroyed unsafe products
In the coming time, the province will continue measures towards improving the efficiency of food safety and guaranteeing hygiene standards.
