(ĐN)- Xuan Loc district-based Xuan Phu Livestock Service Cooperative has received “Vietnam’s best breeding pig producing cooperative” prize awarded by The Department of Livestock Production under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development at the Vietnam’s Premier International Feed, Livestock and Meat Industry Expo (Vietstock 2016).

The award aimed to honor outstanding individuals, collectives for their initiatives and contributions to the development of animal husbandry industry and excellent achievements in management and development of herds of cattle, poultry, eggs, animal feed, etc.
The Xuan Phu Livestock Service Cooperative is evaluated as a pioneer in applying modern technology to produce breeding pigs. The cooperative supplies 1,200 breeding pigs to the market and transfers new technology to pig farmers.
As far as known, Vietstock 2016 took place in Ho Chi Minh City on October 19-21 with the participation of over 300 businesses from 35 countries around the world. The event displayed livestock varieties, husbandry equipment, machinery for animal feed processing factories and animal medicine.
