(ĐN)- Dong Nai is expected to ship more than 380,000 tones of coffee abroad and earn US$703 million in export revenue this year.
In Jan-Sept period, Dong Nai exported 271,200 tones of coffee, earning US$466.5 million, a year-on-year increase of more than 40% in volume.
The coffee prices in the province have risen to over US$1,900 per ton last month, up US$200 compared to the beginning of the year. The rising trend was buoyed by the global price hike in recent weeks. Accordingly, local exporters have more opportunities to boost their exports.
