Vice Chairman of Dong Nai People’s Committee Tran Van Vinh attended the inauguration ceremony.
The center is the second private vehicle registration and inspection center in Dong Nai province operating under socialization model. Covering an area of nearly 15,000 square meters, the center is the largest of its kind in Southeast Asian countries’ provinces and cities.
It has two inspection lines for vehicles such as passenger cars and trucks. It is capable of checking 120 - 130 vehicles per day. In addition, the center is also equipped with camera system to monitor each inspection line which can save images within a month and transfer them to the General Department of Vehicle Registration and Inspection for supervision.
Addressing at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh stressed that the new center is expected to help meet the increasing demand for motor vehicle inspections as well as contribute to ensure the vehicle’s quality in the province while at the same time, increasing the competitiveness, improving inspection quality, reducing inconvenience and saving time for vehicle owners.
