Accordingly, the non-State sector contributed VND70.8 trillion to the turnover. State-run businesses accounted for VND5.6 trillion while the foreign-invested enterprises made up around VND1.67 trillion.
Among the sectors involved, the trade, service and hotel-restaurant sectors accounted for a large proportion of total revenues, while the tourist sector represented only a small proportion.
In July alone, retail sales are valued at more than VND11.4 trillion, an increase of nearly 0.8 percent compared to the previous month.
