Accordingly, medium and long-term loans made up over 98 percent while short-term loans were nearly 2 percent.
So far, more than VND257 billion of the Government’s VND30 trillion package designed to stimulate demand and supply of social housing had been disbursed to borrowers who are in need of housing that met criteria on price, up some 26 percent against the beginning of the year.
