(ĐN)- As of early July, 7 industrial parks (IPs) in Dong Nai have leased out 100 percent of land to investors, reported Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA).
All of land was rented at the industrial parks of Bien Hoa 2, Tam Phuoc, Bien Hoa 1, Go Dau, Nhon Trach 5, Nhon Trach 3 and Dinh Quan.
Moreover, there are 6 IPs which have leased out over 92 percent of their land Dong Nai currently has 30 operating IPs with an average land leasing rate of more than 74 percent, 10 percent higher than that in the country.
