(ĐN)- Dong Nai province’s Taxation Bureau on July 19 held a ceremony to honor more than 100 enterprises and individuals who fulfilled their tax obligations well in 2015.

The event was attended by Secretary Nguyen Phu Cuong of the provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman Nguyen Quoc Hung of People’s Committee.
During the ceremony, 5 enterprises were awarded Ministry of Finance’s certificates of merit, 12 others received certificates of merit of the provincial People’s Committee, and 80 businesses got certificates from Dong Nai Taxation Bureau.
In 2015, the province’s state budget collection reached over VND40 trillion, of which domestic collection amounted to more than VND24,300 billion, fulfilling 106 percent of the year’s estimates, 16.5 percent higher than that of previous year.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Quoc Hung praised good taxpayers and stressed that the tax agency should continue its efforts to boost administrative reform on tax procedures, create favorable conditions for taxpayers to declare and pay tax in full and on time.
