This figure included over USD1.18 billion by foreign-invested enterprises, nearly USD228 million by private enterprises and more than USD20 million by state-owned businesses.
Accordingly, the province generated more than US$8.7 billion from exports in the first seven months of this year, surging 4.5 percent against the same period last year.
Commodity groups earning the largest export turnover were footwear, garments and textiles, wooden products and production materials.
In Jan-July period, Dong Nai registered a trade surplus of over US$1.03 billion, the highest figure so far.
