Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai and Vice Chairman Nguyen Quoc Hung of the provincial People’s Committee received the delegation.

Dong Nai covers an area of more than 5,900 square kilometer with a population of over 3.2 million of people. It now ranks fifth nationwide in contributing to the central budget.
The province is now home to 35 industrial parks. As of end-July, Dong Nai attracted 1,233 foreign projects totaling over US$24.3 billion from 44 countries and territories
The projects are mainly focused on hi-tech and support industries, infrastructure development projects
Since the beginning of this year, Dong Nai lured over US$1.3 billion in FDI and more than VND6.6 trillion in domestic investment, a year-on-year increase of 20% and 42% respectively.
The province earned over US$7.4 billion in exports in the first half of the year, an increase of 5.3% compared to the same period of last year.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Hieu congratulated Dong Nai on its impressive economic achievements over the recent years and noted the difficulties that the province is facing.
