(ĐN)- In 2015, Truong Hai Auto Corp (Thaco) earned VND45.8 trillion billion (US$2 billion) in revenue, a year-on-year increase of 89 percent. The corp reported a net profit after tax of over VND7 trillion and contributed over VND13.8 trillion to state budget, doubling the figure from 2014.
Thaco targeted to sell 150,000 vehicles this year and reach revenue of VND95 trillion, a two-fold increase over the previous year.
To achieve this goal, the corp will concentrate on developing Truong Hai-Chu Lai Mechanical Automobile Industrial Zone, making international-standard products and participating in global value chains.
