Besides, some 400 individuals and an enterprise have accessed the Government’s VND30 trillion package designed to stimulate demand and supply of social housing.
Accordingly, around VND244.6 billion of the package had been disbursed to borrowers who are in need of housing that met criteria on price.
IDICO Urban and Industrial Zone Development Company is the only enterprise approved to borrow over VND116 billion to build social housing project for workers.
