On this occasion, the delegation paid a courtesy visit to Vietnamese Ambassador to Thailand Nguyen Tat Thanh and Minister Counselor Pham Thanh Nam in Bangkok. Vice Chairman Vo Van Chanh hoped that the Ambassador and Minister Counselor would act as a bridge between Thailand farmers and firms and those in Vietnam in general and Dong Nai in particular.
In recent years, big Thai corporations have made strong investments into Vietnam, including Amata and CP Group in Dong Nai. Presently, Central Group and other retailers are seeking opportunities to promote investment in Vietnam. Ambassador Nguyen Tat Thanh confirmed that the cooperation potential and demand between the two countries are huge.
