Most of the new projects come from Taiwan, China, Japan and the Republic of Korea and have advanced and environmentally-friendly technologies.
In the period, the province allowed 33 operating FDI projects to raise their capital by a combined US$456.7 million.
In total, the province attracted US$772 million of FDI in Jan-May period, meeting 77.2 percent of the year’s target.
Currently, Dong Nai is home to 1,217 valid FDI projects, worth US$24 billion.
