(ĐN)- Long Binh Techno Park Development Company (Loteco) on April 8 celebrated the 20th anniversary of its establishment (1996-2016) with the attendance of Vice Secretary of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee and Japanese Consul General in HCM City Satoshi Nakajima.
Loteco is a joint venture between Japan’s Sojitz Group and the Ministry of National Defence’s Thai Son Company.
Over the past 20 years, Loteco has invested and completed infrastructure system under international standards with total investment capital up to date at US$37.5 million. Loteco has been applying 2 systems of quality management ISO 9001 and environment management ISO 14001.
The company is creating jobs for 20,000 laborers. Total investment from enterprises to the company’s industrial parks is estimated at some US$533 million, earning more than US$400 million a year from exports.
