General Le Hong Anh, former Central Party Committee’ Secretarial Board, Senior Lieutenant-General, former Deputy Chairman of National Assembly, and Secretary of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phu Cuong attended the ceremony.
Long Hung commune’s public administrative building is build at total investment of VND25 billion, funded by DonaCoop, An Phu Long Joint Stock Company, Vinacapital Group and Keppel Land Group. The public administrative building is located in Long Hung Open Economic Area which covers 900 hectares of land with total investment of around US$1.5 billion.
DonaCoop also took this occasion to announce the basical completion of the first phase of Long Hung Open Economic Area's infrastructure. To deploy the project, DonaCoop has formed a joint venture with An Phu Long Joint Stock Company and Singapore’s Keppel Land Group to implement the Waterfront Dong Nai City project, covering 366 hectares at total investment of US$750 million and Vinacapital Group to invest in US$500 million Aquacity project which covers 300 hectare of land in the economic area.
