In 2015, the province launched programs to link supply and demand, helping local enterprises and farms to promote trade and consumption in the locality and other provinces, supported businesses to participate in fairs inside and outside the province to bring the product to the customer.

Besides, Dong Nai also paid special attention to boosting economic cooperation with foreign countries. Accordingly, the province focused on posting positive growth in traditional markets such as the US, Japan, South Korea and penetrating into some new markets.

The province reported that FDI attraction increased sharply over the recent years. Last year, Dong Nai lured some US$2.45 billion in FDI, an increase of 31 percent compared to the previous year. Dong Nai’s success was to lure FDI in hi-tech and environmentally friendly projects and those in the support industry. Presently, the province is leading the nation in FDI attraction.
