(ĐN) – A meeting was organized at Dong Nai Conference Center on December 16 to set target for socio-economic development and state budget estimates in 2016.
Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of the provincial People’s Committee, Deputy Secretary Phan Thi My Thanh of the provincial Party Committee attended the meeting.
Over the past time, the province has taken measures to intensify budget collection, including administrative procedural reforms and expansion of the online tax declaration system. Accordingly, Dong Nai is estimated to collect a total of some VND39.9 trillion to the state budget this year, a year-on-year increase of 12 percent, while the budget expenditures is targeted at approximately VND13.76 trillion.
In 2016, the province targets to collect more than VND42 trillion and spent nearly VND15 trillion from local budget.
Addressing at the meeting, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai asked departments, agencies and localities to specific measures to promote production development, export, trade promotion and ensure the provincial economic growth in 2016.
