(ĐN)- Vice Chairman of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee Tran Minh Phuc on December 8 had a working session with Dong Nai Import-Export Processing Agriculture products and Foods Co. (Donafoods) on its equitization scheme.
Earlier, the provincial People’s Committee had issued decision to approve Donafoods’ equitization scheme with its charter capital of VND225 billion, equivalent to 22.5 million shares.
On November 30, Donafoods sold its 7.7 million shares to public. There were three investors to register to buy 5.5 million shares. The remaining shares had not been sold, and Donafoods suggested authorities to increase its State capital.
It is estimated that State shareholders’ capital of Donafoods will reach 40%. The company will organize shareholders meeting in late December.
