(ĐN)- On December 9, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in cooperation with Thong Nhat district had a meeting with pig farm owners in good animal husbandry practice (GAHP) areas to discuss measures to build a safe pork supply chain in the locality.
Thong Nhat district has so far set up 22 GAHP areas with 438 breeding households. Accordingly, 216 households have been granted Vietnam Agriculture Practice (VietGAP) certificates for their safe farm products.
