(ĐN)- On December 17, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee had a working session with Amata Corp on the deployment of its hi-tech industrial park and two urban development projects in Long Thanh district.
Amata has been granted an investment certificate to construct a 410-hectare hi-tech industrial park in Long Thanh district by the end of June. The US$282 million project is the first hi-tech park in Dong Nai which will give priority to hi-tech projects.
Presently, the corp are also working with local authorities to measure the land and develop planning documents for its two urban development projects in the district’s Tam An and An Phuoc communes.
At the working session, the corp hoped that urban development projects will be approved soon and local authorities would help the investors in getting land clearance and giving compensation.
Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai asked local authorities and relevant agencies to make more efforts to help the corp to implement its projects on schedule.
