(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s industrial production index (IPI) in October rose by over 1.5% month-on-month and more than 11% compared to one year ago, said the Department of Industry and Trade.
Overall in the first ten months, the province’s IPI increased 8.5% against the same period last year.
Accordingly, 13 out of 16 industrial sectors saw increases, led by footwear, rubber, wooden handicraft, textile and garment, chemicals, brick, ceramics, electrical equipment, etc.
However, a number of industries saw declines in production value, including paper, tobacco and metal products.
