(ĐN) – Dong Nai attracted nearly US$2.4 billion in foreign direct investment (FDI) since the beginning of the year until the middle of November, surpassing this year’s target by 2.5 times.
During the period, the province licensed 100 new FDI projects worth US$1.75 million. It also saw more than US$618 million added to 86 existing projects. Accordingly, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan are the largest investors in Dong Nai.
As of Nov 17, the province was home to 1,189 foreign invested projects with a combined investment capital of approximately US$24 billion.
