Dong Nai to mobilize VND216 trln for new rural areas

(ĐN) –Vice Chairman Vo Van Chanh of Dong Nai provincial People's Committee on November 26 had a working session with departments, branches and localities on mobilizing resources to build new rural areas in the period of 2016-2020.

(ĐN) –Vice Chairman Vo Van Chanh of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee on November 26 had a working session with departments, branches and localities on mobilizing resources to build new rural areas in the period of 2016-2020.

Accordingly, Dong Nai will focus on mobilizing resources inside and outside the province as well as effectively promote its potential and advantages to build new rural areas.

The Dong Nai People’s Committee plans to mobilize nearly VND216 trillion to develop agriculture, build new rural areas and improve farmers’ living standards in the next five years. Of the total, more than VND27 trillion will be taken from the state budget, some VND33 trillion from credit capital, VND125 billion from enterprises and over VND30 trillion from local people.

At the working session, Vice Chairman asked related departments and branches to make efforts to complete plans for the construction of new rural areas in the province in 2016-2020 period.
