The 15km inter-port road will pass through 5 communes of Dai Phuoc, Phu Huu, Phu Dong, Phuoc Khanh and Vinh Thanh, linking up 15 ports and has been invested under group 5 of master plan on seaports done by the Ministry of Transport.
Under the plan, the 61m wide road project will be divided into three phases and will be built with total investment of about VND6,355 billion under PPP (public-private partnership) model. The province has also chosen the Department of Transport as the owner of the project.
Speaking at the session, Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh suggested relevant departments, sectors and Nhon Trach district to work closely to speed up the completion of the procedures for the construction of the project.
