(ĐN)- According to Dong Nai province's Livestock Competitiveness and Food Safety Project (Lifsap), the province has established 3 good animal husbandry practice (GAHP) zones in Long Khanh town, Xuan Loc and Thong Nhat districts since 2010.
(ĐN)- According to Dong Nai province's Livestock Competitiveness and Food Safety Project (Lifsap), the province has established 3 good animal husbandry practice (GAHP) zones in Long Khanh town, Xuan Loc and Thong Nhat districts since 2010.
Particularly, the GAHP) zones had 52 GAHP groups with 1,047 breeding households that have been applied safety breeding procedures.
Lifsap also provided financial support to build 610 biogas tanks in the province. The GAHP groups have also been supported to equip animal feed mixing systems, helping them to reduce the investment costs.
In addition, more and more breeding households in the province have been awarded Vietnam Good Agricultural Practice (VietGAP) certificates, and 263 out of 2,600 farms for breeding pigs, chickens received certificates for safety breeding establishments.
