(ĐN)- Since the beginning of the year until now, industrial park infrastructure developers in Dong Nai has leased out more than 250 hectares of land to investors, reported Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA).
Most of land was rented at the industrial parks of Nhon Trach 4, Nhon Trach 5, Amata, An Phuoc, Loc An-Binh Son, Thanh Phu, Suoi Tre, Dau Giay, Nhon Trach Garment and Textile.
So far, the province's 32 industrial parks has leased nearly 4,600 hectares of land to investors from 42 countries and territories, accounting of 68.49 percent of total rentable area.
