Presently, Donafoods’ state capital value is assessed at nearly VND370 billion. According to the requirement from the Government, State-owned enterprises (SOEs) have to complete their equitization in 2015. However, the company’s equitization process is slower than schedule.
Early this month, the company completed the draft plan for equitization and workforce rearrangement. As scheduled, in September, Donafoods will submit its equitization plan to the provincial People’s Committee for approval. The company will sell shares in November and then it will organize shareholders meeting in December.
