This is the main gateway for local workers from Dong Khoi street to go to industrial parks, including Amata, Bien Hoa 2 and Loteco, to work.
It will become the third flyover in the city, after two flyovers at Vung Tau and Amata intersections, and will be the first flyover to be built in inner Bien Hoa city.
