(ĐN)- According to Bien Hoa city’s urban development plan in 2015-2020 period, the city will need around 11,585 billion for urban development.
Of the money, more than 7.3 trillion will allocated for urban construction under the oriented plan, while some VND4,222 billion will be spent for building infrastructure to upgrade Bien Hoa city to type-1 urban area, which will include about VND55 billion for urban development planning.
