Particularly, residential area at North Highway 1 Center will cover an area of around 380 hectares, with the population of 39,000 people. Residential area at South Highway 1 will cover an area of around 300 hectares with the population of 30,000 people. Residential area at East Highway 1 will cover an area of around 144 hectares with the population of 18,000 people. Residential area at Southwestern region of the district will cover an area of around 160 hectares with the population of 19,000 people. Meanwhile, residential area at Northeastern region of the district will cover an area of around 270 hectares with the population of 14,000 people.
