The biggest FDI investors were Taiwan, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Singapore and British Virgin Island Taiwan.
Taiwan ranked first among foreign investors in Dong Nai during the period with a total registered capital of some US$4.9 billion, accounting for 21.5 percent of the province’s total registered foreign investment.
The Republic of Korea and Japan were Dong Nai’s second and third largest investors, with nearly US$4.7 billion and US$3.5 billion, respectively.
So far, Dong Nai has licensed 1,153 FDI projects with a total investment capital of more than US$22.7 billion.
