Accordingly, as from August 1, VNPT Dong Nai will officially use electronic bills instead of paper bills in paying cost for information technology and telecom services.
To send or receive e-bills, customers need to go to http://www.vnptdongnai.vn and log into the system with their usernames and passwords provided monthly by VNPT Dong Nai.
Pham Hung Duc, Director of VNPT Dong Nai, said that using e-bills helps customers find it easy to track bills, complete tax statistics and reports, and collate data. The new service will also save money and time, as customers no longer have to wait for their bills to arrive by post, and they could pay bills via internet at any time.
