(ĐN)- On July 1, Changshin Vietnam organized a ceremony to celebrate the 20th anniversary of its establishment. The event saw the participation of Vice Chairman Tran Minh Phuc of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee, Vice Chairman Ho Thanh Son of People’s Council and leaders of departments and agencies.
Over the past years, Changshin VN, a South Korea-owned company, has actively participated in social and charitable activities. Particularly, the company donated to build houses and provide relief to needy people.
In 2014, the company reached an export turnover of US$430 million, making up 30 percent of local footwear industry's total exports. Its products are mainly exported to the US and the EU.
So far, the company has created jobs to more than 24,000 laborers with a monthly average income of VND5 million.
