Particularly, outstanding loans secured by assets represented about 88% of total rural and agricultural loans, while loans without collateral accounted for 12%.
Since 2014, the branch has offered loans totaling over VND12 billion to 26 agricultural projects under Decision No. 68/2013/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister on the support policy for limiting damages in agriculture.
