Besides expanding the cultivation area, local authorities have encouraged farmers to apply advanced farming techniques and manufacturing processes in line with the Vietnam Agricultural Practice (VietGap) standards in order to improve the fruit quality and access international markets more easily
With an average yield of 30-35 tonnes per hectare, farmers earn a profit of hundred of million of dong a year, according to the district People’s Committee.
With good quality, nice shape and great taste, red pulp dragon in the district attracted customers at local market and expected to be well-known in foreign markets.
