Dinh Quoc Thai, chairman of the Dong Nai People's Committee, said the plant will help develop the province's economy and improve the living standards of local residents.

Thai has asked investors to ensure the project' progress, technological quality, and legal regulations on construction management.

The provincial authorities have pledged to remove any obstacle in the project's construction work, he stressed.
