(ĐN)- A ceremony was held on May 27 to start construction of the bridge over Dong Nai river linking Thanh Son and Ngoc Dinh communes in Dinh Quan district.
The suspension bridge will be 3m wide, 167m long and built with total investment of over VND13 billion. The project, which is invested by the district’s People’s Committee and constructed by Vietnam Mekong JS Company, is expected to be put into use in 2016.
Once completed, the bridge will offer conveniences in traveling and transporting goods for the local people as well as contribute to the local economic development.
