(ĐN)- Working with related departments, sectors and Dong Nai Urban Environment Company (URENCO) on equitising State-owned enterprises (SOEs) on May 6, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Tran Minh Phuc urged URENCO to finish its equitization in September 2015.
According to the requirement from the Government, SOEs have to complete their equitization in 2015.
At present, URENCO is preparing for its equitization scheme. Accordingly, it will announce company value in May, auction holdings this July, organize first shareholders meeting in August, and then put into operation under a joint-stock enterprise in September.
