Accordingly, TWPH will transfer 50 percent of charter capital from its subsidiary Toyo Viet Paper Company locating Binh Chieu Industrial Park in Ho Chi Minh City to Dofico to form a joint venture specializing in producing tobacco packaging. The joint venture is expected to have charter capital at nearly US$45 million.
Tien Wah Press Holdings Berhad is an investment holding company. Founded in 1995 and based in Malaysia, TWPH is engaged in rotogravure printing, photolithography printing, trading and printing of tipping paper.
TWPH’s manufacturing operations are located in Petaling Jaya and Puchong in Malaysia, Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park and Binh Chieu Industrial Park in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and Smithfield Sydney, Australia.
