Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of the provincial People’s Committee attended the signing ceremony.
Under the agreement, Dong Nai and VNPT will work together in building the e-government, solutions for information security, and a telecommunications and IT infrastructure, and training human resource for this field. In addition, the two sides will also boost cooperation in the other aspects on the demand of the province and capability of VNPT.
