The event saw the presence of Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee, Chairman Le Tien Phuong of Binh Thuan provincial People’s Committee and Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Dong of Transport.
The 114km route starts in Ham Cuong commune, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province and ends in Trung Hoa commune, Dong Nai province's Trang Bom district with total investment of over VND2 trillion in BOT format.
