(ĐN)- According to Dong Nai Department of Customs, the department carried out more than 800,000 customs declarations for nearly 2,900 enterprises inside and outside the province in 2014, a year-on-year increase of 20 percent.
In addition, the customs sector also helped finalize exit and entry formalities for approximately 1,200 transport vehicles.
As known, Dong Nai Department of Customs reported total revenue at US$27 billion in 2014, increased 21 percent over the same period in 2013. Of which, export turnover was more than US$14 billion, 23 percent higher the previous year’s figure.
The commodities seen the growth of export turnover included footwear, garment and textile, wooden products and coffee which accounted of 42 percent of the total export turnover.
