Moreover, the local enterprises have also completed plans to prepare goods for the upcoming Lunar New Year holiday (Tet) which falls on February 19.
To meet a projected rise of 10-15 percent in demand this holiday, supermarkets carried out purchasing measures to ensure supply and stable prices.
Besides preparing abundant sources of confectionery, fruits, home decor items, the supermarkets will have different kinds of fresh meat to serve customers during the biggest holiday.
